Become A Trusted Manufacturer of Prep Pads and Wipes

Alcohol and iodine swabs (or disposable wipe prep pads) are known for their ease and disposability in cleaning and sanitizing wounds and skin. Medical and cosmetic industries rely on them daily for convenience and safety. They are a staple product, and a practical addition to medtech manufacturing product lines.

Converting these airtight individual packets at volume requires flawless execution at speed—and IMPACT has the machines that deliver. We have decades of experience designing, manufacturing, and implementing high-speed, complex rotary converting systems to meet the exact demands of medical and cosmetics suppliers.

So, if you are planning to expand or update your manufacturing tools to convert single-use swabs or prep pads—with or without liquid—what do you need to know, right now?

TWO MACHINE SIZES

IMPACT offers 11” and 22” machines, allowing you to consider both size and price when making your selection.

SPEED IS EVERYTHING

The 22” machine features 2650 parts per minute continuous operational speed, and 3000 parts per minute maximum mechanical speed.

The 11” is half the output of the full size, and depends on the product size repeat – 1325PPM and 50 ft/min or 1500 PPM, depending on the product size repeat, respectively.

WOVEN AND NON-WOVEN MATERIALS

These systems are engineered to flawlessly handle every step in the production of a wide variety of wipes and other pads made from both woven and non-woven material.

JUST ADD LIQUID—OR NOT

The swabs are individually wrapped and sealed into printed pouches with added alcohol, iodine, or any liquid with the right viscosity, though the liquid in the sealing process is completely optional.

MADE IN THE USA

Reliable quality and exceptional value matter— expect both from the systems and the products they convert here at home.
